An interesting study, indeed! Don't shun avocados for fear of their high fat content. Most of the fat in this fruit is oleic acid, the same fatty acid found primarily in olive oil and lard. Avocados are also a high enzyme food, making them valuable additions to any diet. Its good to know they can also benefit your liver!
