Need some help with this.

Hi guys.. Ive been training now for about one year, im 20 yrs old, weigh 65
kgs and am around 6ft.

I would like to reach 70 kgs by putting on muscle however no matter what i s
eem to do i cant put on weight. I take reguler whey protien shakes and creat
ine supplements with my workouts but i still cannot "bulk up".

My exercise routine conssits mainly of sit-ups, press ups, dumbell exercises
(light and heavy) and some running (but i keep the running to a minimum as
ive heard its the best way to lose weight??)

Any tips would be great
