Do you have any back problems such as disc herniations, bulging discs, spondylolythesis, etc? If so, how have you dealt with it in regards to your training? I just found out yesterday that I have a small herniation at L5-S1, and probabley have had it for quite some time. Now that I am aware of it though--other than the strong numbness and tingling I feel down my legs at times I want to be EXTRA careful with form and maybe switch up some of the exercises I do.

How have you dealt with it?

just be more carefull follow a few advises from the doc and you ll be fine bye
