There are so many questions related to health and nutrition that if I start asking them I would never be able to stop writing. Anyways I am also somewhat surprised seeing that no other persons are here posting nutrition related questions. I am interested to know about the food and nutrition that is needed to be taken by a person who is involved in strength training. There are so many health supplements do they actually do any help? If so then what are the foods that should be taken besides these?

Hello friend, as you want to know the perfect nutrition/diet for a body builder then let's discuss about it. I think the diet in general should be soft and moderately warm. In early morning juice of half a lemon mixed in a glass of warm water and a teaspoon of honey would be better to start the morning exercise schedule. After loosing some calories it’s required to take lot of Carbohydrate food, if possible take a glass of skimmed milk. In lunch it's better to eat high protein food like meat, Bread and Raw vegetables such as carrot, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. At last finally at diner it’s always better to eat more protein & Carbohydrate foods.

But then Tony he has asked for the diet that should be taken while strength training! So in this case I am sure there would be inclusion of the non veg foods in bulk too. As a general advice I would like to say that it can be very confusing to go with the varied suggestions so eat whatever you like as long as you know the limits and train hard to achieve your goal, I am sure that you will become a perfectionist in a short period of time.
