I have had lower back problems for a while now (approx 12-18 months)... I had a physical examination at 3 months and found a bulging disk :( (lumbar); I had an x-ray (FINALY!) about a week ago because it felt like my back had changed.... he reckons I have sacralization of my L5 and S1 disks (my lowest lumbar disk and my highest sacrum/pelvic disk have fused) :eek:
Would this have caused a bulging disk? OR was this the problem to start of with???
Does anyone else have sacralization? OR do you know how to "fix" it?:confused:
