I have read much concerning the potential harms partially hydrogenated oils may cause. I understand that our bodies do not have a way to adaptively reject this kind of fat so the result is the cellular membranes allow passage and adoption of the fats. So here is my question: Does anyone know how to undo the damage - in effect, does anyone have a way to identify and remove partially hydrogenated oils (fats) from our bodies?

Hydrogenated fats affect the liver. I utilize several Standard Process products in dealing with people where their liver and immune system is overloaded. It all depends on what system(s) have been affected. There's an excellent article on hydrogenated fats at this link:

For liver support I use Livaplex, Heapatrophin, Arginex, Cyruta Plus, Cataplex B, Multizyme, Choline, Cataplex G, and Multizyme. (Cataplex means "whole food" which means these products come from whole food and are not synthetic vitamins).
If you're concrernd about the adverse affects that fats may have on you, you should also take the free Digestive Test at this link:

This will help determine what specific supplements you need. Without some type of analysis, you're guessing at what you really need.
