MY THYROID TEMPERATURE GRAPHS - May 8, 2006 to November 13, 2006
Monthly Graphs - Click on a Graph to View & Print - PLEASE BE PATIENT WHILE THE GRAPH LOADS
5/8/2006 - 6/6/2006 5/31/2006 - 6/29/2006 6/23/2006 - 7/22/2006 7/16/2006 - 8/14/2006
1/19/2007 - The excel spreadsheet you sent me has different temperatures than what you had recoded previously. I don't know what happened with the temperatures but I did update them to indicate the newer temperature readings. The overall trend is still a decrease in temperature. The results of the Comprehensive Thyroid Panel were reported to you 06/22/06 and we've added Thytrophin and Thyroid Complex to your supplement schedule.

Your temperatures from 05/08 to 05/25 are very low. The temperature trend during this time is also dropping. The normal temperature should be between 97.8 - 98.2. We should do the Comprehensive Thyroid Assessment lab test as your temperatures are going lower. We can talk about this on your next call.
1/19/2007 - 5/31/2006 to 6/29/2006 graph - Your temps from May 31 through June 29 continue to show a downward trend. This can be due to viruses or hormones, namely the thyroid or other endocrine organs. Your supplements were delivered on 06/27/2006 and I assume you started them on 06/28; we will see what the trend does over the next 30 days.

06/28/06 - I updated your graph. You weren’t taking anything for thyroid up to around the 25th or 26th of June but I do see a spike in your temperature when you started keeping it again on May 30th, so there appears to be something that raised your temperature significantly before the 30th of May. This could be dietary or hormonal.
1/17/2007 - 6/23/2006 to 7/22/2006 graph - Your supplements were delivered on 06/27/2006 and I assume you started them on 06/28; if this is the case then we do see a gradual increase in your thyroid temps starting on the 28th. There may be other hormone factors we need to look at as well since you stated on 07/16 that "getting bloating, looks like I'm 3 months pregnant; think I've gained 5 #; I have missed my period since May; last period was 03/23/06". We should definitely continue with the thyroid supplementation and also do a Comprehensive Female Hormone profile to see if there are other hormone factors that we are not addressing.

08/05/06 - 6/23/2006 to 7/22/2006 graph - You submitted temps from 07/14/06 to 08/05/06; if you look at this graph you'll see that your temps continued to increase from 7/14 to 7/19 but then they started to decrease through 7/23; this trend continued on the 7/16/2006 to 8/14/2006 graph so we should do the Comp. Female Hormone Profile.

07/16/06- I updated your graphs above. On your most recent graph from 6/23/2006 to 7/22/2006, I stated, "Your supplements were delivered on 06/27/2006 and I assume you started them on 06/28; if this is the case then we do see a gradual increase in your thyroid temps starting on the 28th.

We'll talk about this on our next call, Tuesday July 18th.
1/17/2007 - Comment added 08/31/06 - 7/16/2006 to 8/14/2006 graph - There's a very nice uptrend in your temperatures; even to normal! We'll continue the same program.

Comment added 08/05/06 - 7/16/2006 to 8/14/2006 graph - You submitted temps from 07/14/06 to 08/05/06; In looking at your graph above, the overall temperature trend for this period is slightly down (the red line), but your overall average for 30 days is up, so we still see an improvement in average temperatures over a 30 day period. We should definitely continue with the thyroid supplementation and also do a Comprehensive Female Hormone profile to see if there are other hormone factors that we are not addressing.
1/12/2007 - Comment added 08/05/06 - You submitted temps from 07/14/06 to 08/05/06; if you look at this graph you'll see that your temps continuted to increase from 7/14 to 7/19 but then they started to decrease through 7/23; this trend continued on the July 16, 2006 to August 15, 2006 graph so we should do the Comp. Female Hormone Profile.
8/8/2006 - 9/6/2006 8/31/2006 - 9/29/2006 9/23/2006 - 10/22/2006 10/16/2006 - 11/13/2006
1/27/2007 - Your temperatures are staying in the normal range over this 30 day period.
1/17/2007 - 09/26/06 - 8/8/2006 to 9/6/2006 graph - You submitted temps from 08/29 to 09/25/06; as is easily seen, your temps have now risen to normal, in fact above normal;

08/31/06 - 8/8/2006 to 9/6/2006 graph - You said Menstruation started on 08/14/06; on around 08/20, (6 days later), your temperatures started dropping into a subnormal range; we'll see if they rebound; you should stay on the same supplement program.
1/17/2007 - 10/25/06 - 8/31/2006 to 9/29/2006 graph - You submitted temps from 09/26 to 10/25/06; during this time period your temps were going down slightly, but this is OK because your 30 day average temperature was actually above 98.2 which is the highest it should be.

09/26/06 - 8/31/2006 to 9/29/2006 graph - You submitted temps from 08/29 to 09/25/06; as is easily seen, your temps have now risen to normal, in fact above normal; if the temperature continues to rise, we'll decrease the Thyroid Complex to 1/2 tablet per day
1/17/2007 - 10/25/06 - 09/23/07 to 10/22/06 graph - You submitted temps from 09/26 to 10/25/06; the same comment I posted in your 8/31/2006 to 9/29/2006 graph applies to this monthly period.
Four Month Graphs - Click on a Graph to View & Print - PLEASE BE PATIENT WHILE THE GRAPH LOADS
5/8/2006 - 8/14/2006 8/8/2006 - 11/13/2006
10/25/2006 - Looks like a normal thyroid to me! Who would have thought 3 months ago you were dragging and feeling so horrible; Nice to see results like this! this is about as perfect as we can get!
9/26/2006 - Looks like a normal thyroid to me! Who would have thought 3 months ago you were dragging and feeling so horrible; Nice to see results like this! this is about as perfect as we can get!
8/31/2006 - Looks like a normal thyroid to me! Who would have thought 3 months ago you were dragging and feeling so horrible; Nice to see results like this! this is about as perfect as we can get! The overall trend is definitely up; at the end of the graph you'll see that we have reached the normal basal metabolic temperature; we'll see if it stays this way for the long term.
8/5/2006 - You started your supplements on 06/28/06, and since that time there's no question that your temperatures have risen quite nicely so we know we are effectively addressing the low thyroid. But your average temperatures as seen on the 7/16/2006 to 8/14/2006 graph clearly show a slight down-trending temperature average. We should definitely continue with the thyroid supplementation and also do a Comprehensive Female Hormone profile to see if there are other hormone factors that we are not addressing.
