Eating Your Way to Health - The Essential Nutrition Guide To Reclaim Your Health

If you've been searching for a sensible, useable book to find solutions for nutrition, this is it. With hundreds of articles that dispel the myths about nutrition, you can finally get honest advice about your diet and begin a sensible eating plan to regain your health. Find out the basics regarding carbohydrates, proteins, fats, fiber, vitamins, minerals and food supplements.

We've spent hundreds of hours compiling healthful recipes that would take several cookbooks to fill. Recipes are categorized by food type

The Guide to a Gluten-Free Diet

As part of your program, you may be on a gluten free diet. See why ingesting gluten from wheat, barley, rye, and other grains may be detrimental to your health. Gluten sensitivity is not being properly diagnosed in nearly 97% of patients suffering from chronic illnesses. Gluten sensitivity may be responsible for: ADHD, autoimmune disorders, cancer, depression, reflux, thyroid disorders, obesity, and osteoporosis. This book will help you improve your health by eliminating gluten from your diet.

Allergy-Free Desserts: Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Egg-free, Soy-free and Nut-free Delights

First of all, the book looks great...wonderful photos of mouth watering, allergen free cakes, cookies, and other treats. For my first experiment, I zeroed in on a long time favorite...vanilla cake. Directions were clear, recipe simple to follow...and it wasn't long before I stared at my reward for a holiday of dairy abstinence. I'm embarrassed to say that I devoured most of the cake before I could share it with my egg and wheat eating brethren. Unlike many of these 'healthy' desserts, it was delicious...moist, and a rich and creamy frosting. None of that disappointing aftertaste. (like you get with carob...I hate carob. I loathe carob)

Bake Deliciously! Gluten and Dairy Free Cookbook

This cookbook is a delight for anyone who wants to prepare sweets for the sweet! These baked goods are not only delicious, they are beautiful as well! Jean definitely understands how presentation of these baked goods is as important as the taste -- and she excels on both counts.

Her recipes focus on whole grains and natural, pure ingredients so you can't feel guilty about eating any of the beautiful cakes, cookies, pies and desserts.

My favorite section is Breakfast. Breakfast is the hardest meal and she offers so many wonderful alternatives. This is really a great cookbook and I highly recommend it.
