If you've been "ripped-off" trying to find a solution to your health problems, let me first assure you that's NOT what we're about. We're here and exist solely because we help people resolve their health problems.

Many of our clients contact us because they have exhausted their resources to find solutions to their health problems. They find us through the modern wonder of the internet where information can flow freely and people can determine for themselves what is true and what is not true.

— 2) Purchase one or more of our detailed health questionnaires

After you've talked with a licensed health care practitioner, he/she will determine what additional information is needed and determine if you qualify as a client. If accepted as a client, you will be asked to complete detailed information about your health problems. This information is obtained through a powerful and detailed nutritional health questionnaire called MyHealth Analysis. With up to 1600 possible questions, MyHealth Analysis leaves no stones unturned, is VERY thorough and asks practically every question regarding hundreds of medical conditions. We find that most people guess what to do for their health problems, and by completing the questionnaires, you no longer have to guess. See an example here. — 3) Schedule a telephone consultation to go over your results

Once you complete your detailed health history, we call you to go over the results. This includes a detailed description of what we think your problem could be as well as other tests that might be needed to accurately assess your problem(s). You won't feel hurried because we allow 30-60 minutes for each consultation and you will have the opportunity to as many questions as you like. In fact, we encourage you to ask questions. This is your chance to get those questions answered that your previous doctors didn't have the time to. Our promise is that we will carefully listen to you and get all of the data you want to provide before ANY recommendations are made. We also recommend you fax us your previous medical records for review before we call you to improve your results. Your records are studied and reviewed at no additional cost.

— 4) Order laboratory tests if needed

Within the past five years, many nutritionally and holistically minded health care practitioners have embraced "functional medicine" treatment concepts in dealing with the management of many commonly encountered chronic illnesses, including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis.

— 5) Schedule a follow-up consultation to go over your lab results

Once we receive the results of you lab tests, you can download the report directly from MyHealth Record. We believe that our clients can understand lab tests if they're explained. In addition, we refer you to articles that discuss the lab test so you are better informed of what the results mean. We respect you as a client and know clients that understand the facts of their condition, including the results of tests, always make better clients. Our goals are to:

share information,
educate you as to the cause of your health problems, and
include you in the decision making process

You are notified when your report is available for download via email prior to your consultation so you may see the results. We also provide links for you to read about the test so you can understand it. Your on-line doctor/clinician studies the results and correlates them with your detailed health history before making recommendations.

— 6) Determine the course of treatment for your health conditions

After a thorough analysis of your health information, including your history, prior lab tests and any other lab tests that have been ordered, we call you to discuss all of your health information. Your recommended program is discussed and you're given plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Your recommendations focus on:
— whole food nutritional and herbal products
— dietary and lifestyle changes

You are under no obligation at any time to start or continue treatment. We know that by being honest and discussing your treatment rationale, the majority of our clients begin a health care program. Our treatment programs make sense and they're based on our doctor's years of experience in the field of clinical nutrition.

— 7) Follow up via telephone to assess your response

Whereas many internet sites are primarily in the business of selling products, that's not our purpose. Not only will we recommend a customized program, we will follow up with you via telephone to assure you're making the progress you desire. We guide you through your program.

Your Responsibilities As a Client
You may be required to submit a food and liquid intake record so we can monitor your diet. You may also be required to submit data as regards your blood pressure, blood sugar and other data to determine your response to treatment. If you're responding as you'd like you're responsible to contact us so we can take the proper measures to modify your program. Those clients who work with us get the best results.

What To Expect
We fully expect to get results with our clients and if you're not responding as expected, we will do everything in our abilities to find out why.
