Your online doctor will tell you when you should start gathering data. You then simply log in to your program and enter the data pertaining to the particular graph system. Once you've entered your data, you can then see a graph showing you your values and the accepted normal values. And, with the help of our licensed doctors, we monitor your graphs and make dietary, supplement and life-style recommendations based on your history, laboratory tests and other data.
