Some of our services at BecomeHealthyNow.com are unique. This is because
they involve multi-stepped processes that involve you, the user.
I'm going to explain an example of one of our services so you'll have
the idea behind the uniqueness of our services.
As an example, let's say your order one of most
requested services, that being the Symptom Survey Analysis. There are
several steps involved in getting this service.
First, the purchase. Now that's not too difficult
as the majority of people that purchase goods and services on the net
have registered on a web site, filled in their necessary information such
as their name address, etc, and made their purchase. Not only does this
happen at BecomeHealthyNow.com but there's more to completing some of
our services. Once you've paid for some of our services, you'll be prompted
with another screen that says:
"You have paid for but not completed
the following web-based services. The web-based services that you purchased
now require additional steps. Please click on the items below to complete
them. (You will come here each time you login until the services are complete.)
This screen points you to the service that you've
purchased but need to complete. In other words, you've paid for the service
but there are more steps to complete the service. In our example using
the Symptom Survey Analysis, completing this service involves answering
a detailed questionnaire consisting of 197 questions. Once you've answered
your questions, you'll be told to enter a valid email address to see your
results. This assures that no one else can see your test results. Once
you enter your email address, you're then prompted to check your email
for the link to view the results. Sounds complicated but if you just follow
the instructions, there shouldn't be any problem.
Now let's say you're in the middle of completing
your test and someone rings your door bell at your house. You get up from
your computer to answer the door and you talk to your visitor for 30 minutes.
Then you return to complete your test. Well, it's not going to let you
complete the test because, as a security feature, the script times out,
which means that if you don't complete your questions in the allotted
time, you have to start again. It's the same principle that banks and
credit cards use on their computers. We do the same because we don't want
other people answering your health questions. This keeps your medical
information secure.
But, have no fear, all you have to do if a screen
"times out" (that means you took too long to complete your entries),
is to log back in and you'll be right at the last step you did not complete.
So, you'll always have the opportunity to complete all of your services
even if you're interrupted. Just follow what the screen tells you to do.
So, to summarize:
If you see the message, "You have paid for
but not completed the following web-based services. The web-based services
that you purchased now require additional steps. Please click on the items
below to complete them." Just click on the link below this message
to complete your service.
If you are interrupted during one of the testing
procedures, just log back in at the store and you'll be prompted again
with the same message again. You can then complete your service.
