What is it?

A MINERAL the body needs in minuscule amounts as a component of several enzymes. With grains, leafy green vegetables, legumes, milk and liver all being good sources of molybdenum, deficiencies are unknown. On the other hand, too much molybdenum causes gout-like pain and swelling.
