What is it?

A MICROMINERAL identified as a growth factor only in 1982. Boron reduces CALCIUM loss in postmenopausal women and may help prevent osteoporosis. Some researchers believe it essential enough to warrant RDAs. Peanuts, prunes, dates, raisins, honey and wine are good sources.
