I'll probably have many comments in this section from the strict vegetarians, but I've found something interesting regarding vegetarians.
When they get sick, they're one of the most difficult people to get well, and for a good reason.
The human body MUST have PROTEIN in order to stay healthy. Vegetarians will tell you that they can get all of the protein then need, but the facts present themselves differently.

Vegetarianism is the belief in and practice of eating vegetable foods and abstaining from animal food. To what extent this definition applies, in reality varies, what it refers to is a strict vegetarian or a vegan. Lacto-vegetarians include milk and other dairy products in their diet. Lacto-ovovegetarians eat milk, dairy products and eggs.
