Veal
Recent nutritional analysis has confirmed that veal meets or exceeds other protein sources in terms of nutritional benefits. For example, a 100g serving of cooked veal is considered to be extra lean (7.5% fat or less), is low in saturated fats, and contains more zinc and vitamin B12 than chicken and contains less than 200 calories.

Another important dietary element provided by veal is the mineral zinc. Similar to iron, the zinc in veal is in a form that your bidy is able to use more efficiently than other sources. Veal is considered an excellent source of zinc and vitamin B12. Both of these elements are responsible for important body functions that release food energy and help boost the immune system.

Now, what about taste? Veal has it! The unique flavour of veal is delicate and unobstrusive, which means it is easily incoporated into your favourite recipes including pasta dishes, stir-fries, and even casseroles that use ground meats.
