Telephone consultations are included as part of our client services. These consultations are performed by licensed health care providers. We pride ourselves in having the best qualified doctors to guide you helping you change your current state of health. The doctors we staff are active in the field and use clinical nutrition on a daily basis so you can be assured that you are getting the proper technical expertise to improve your health.

Telephone consultations are our primary means in communicating with our clients. When there are non-critical decisions involving your health care and we need to communicate with you, we will use email.

For example, if you have a quick question that doesn't involve a lengthy discussion, it is much easier to send you an email. However, if you have just completed a questionnaire or test, or, if you would like to discuss a health matter with us, we would talk to you in person by phone. Since the  pricing of email and telephone consultations are identical, email consultations can be converted to telephone consultations and vice versa. Telephone consultations can be purchased in 30, 60, 90, minute and 3, 5, and 10 hour intervals. You save money when you  purchase longer consultation times. Our rates are listed to the right.

Once you have purchased your consultation, you will be taken to a screen to schedule the time of your consultation and you'll be able to select a doctor or clinician. Our doctor or clinician will be immediately notified that you are to be called.

Your payment information is encrypted for maximum data security and you will receive a receipt by email.
