Nutritional Support for Digestive Health
Food is the energy source for the human body. The process of breaking down food and converting it into a form that can be absorbed into the body' s tissues is called digestion. The human digestive system includes a group of organs that uses mechanical and chemical actions to change food into nutrients - carbohydrates, fats, and proteins - the soluble products needed for the human body to function. To ensure our body properly digests and absorbs the needed nutrients found in the foods we eat, one must keep the digestive system healthy and clean. 	A-F Betafood ® A-F Betafood contains beet juice which is a good source of betaine. Betaine has been shown to be an effective lipotrophic agent. 	For-Til B12 ® Tillandsia, commonly referred to as Spanish Moss, has been found to contain various minerals, chlorophyll, and vitamins. For-Til B12 is a ‘fortified’ tillandsia product combined with the vitamin B12 complex.*
	Multizyme™ Multizyme contains digestive enzymes from both plant and animal sources to encourage the proper breakdown and absorption of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Multizyme contains fig, papaya, and almond - rich in unsaturated fatty acids important in fat metabolism. The pancreatin found in Multizyme contains primarily amylase, lipase, and protease to further enhance multiple metabolic processes.*
	Lactic Acid Yeast™ The lactic acid produced by the nutritional yeast in Lactic Acid Yeast establishes proper pH balance which is vital for the promotion of nutrient absorption, integral in maintaining the proper environment in which normal intestinal flora thrive, and beneficial for the overall healthy functioning of the gastrointestinal system.*
	Gastrex™ Gastrex is formulated to support digestive function in the stomach and small intestine. Gastrex contains the natural ingredients of okra powder, bentonite, anise powder, chlorophyll from tillandsia; and porcine stomach and duodenal tissue extracts. These ingredients work together to cleanse the upper gastrointestinal tract to promote healthy digestion.*
	Zypan® Zypan contains betaine hydrochloride to provide the foundation for proper gastric hydrochloric acid production. Zypan also contains proteolytic enzymes in combination with pancreatin, primarily supporting the digestion and absorption of protein. Pancreatin also contains amylase and lipase; necessary for the appropriate breakdown and absorption of carbohydrates and fats.*
	Lact-Enz® Lact-Enz is a unique gastrointestinal support product that combines digestive enzymes with beneficial intestinal flora. The combination of these ingredients help maintain a healthy intestinal environment and assist in the breakdown of macro-nutrients.*
	Cholacol ® II Cholacol II provides a source of bentonite. Bentonite has adsorbent properties, meaning that it functions like a magnet where materials adhere to its surface and are then carried away for elimination. In this way, the bentonite in Cholacol II aids in the cleansing of the entire intestinal tract.*
	Chlorophyll Complex Chlorophyll is the essence of the life-supporting nutritional pattern of our planet Earth. From oxygen production to carbon dioxide consumption, green plants (chlorophyll) provide the life support pattern from the oceans to the forests to the grasslands. Cooking green foods destroys the chlorophyll content. 99.9 percent of the chlorophyll supplements sold are water-soluble, thus void of any nutrition. Fat soluble chlorophyll contains vitamins A, E, F, and K.*
	Okra Pepsin E3 E3 Allantoin is a primary ingredient in Okra Pepsin E3, in addition to the vitamin E3 complex, have been known to promote healing. The combined properties of the nutrients in Okra Pepsin E3 support cleansing of the bowel and promote effective motility of intestinal contents.*
	Zymex ® Capsules Linum B-6 is vitamin F in the form of fresh flaxseed oil with just enough B-6 added to assist in the utilization of the F. Flaxseed oil is especially high in linolenic acid. We put it in capsules instead of in bulk because it goes rancid so easily. This is the most fragile of all oils, and sesame is probably the most stable. This is why sesame oil is often used in administering injectible materials. The sesame oil insures a slow release of the injectible material into the body.
